How do I log on to Blackboard?

1. Click on the Blackboard link on the main Concordia website (fourth link under the Google search bar)
2. Click "Log on to Blackboard"
3. Your username is your concordia email address (firstname.lastname@ctx.edu for students or firstname.lastname@concordia.edu for faculty)
4. Press enter or click the Login button to log on

How do I change my password/reset my password?

Enrolling

If you have not enrolled in the employee password reset service, the webmail page contains the link that will allow you to enroll in the service.

1. Click the "Enroll" link under "Employee Password Reset" to enroll.
2. Enter your username and current password.
3. Select a language
4. Follow the directions to answer 2 security questions.
5. Click on the blinking red "Reset" link and follow the directions to change your password.

Resetting your Password

1. Click here to enter the password reset page
2. Enter username
3. Select language
4. Answer your two security questions
5. Enter a new password
6. Confirm the password
7. Click Finish
